Shipping policy

Lead Time

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks lead time from the date your invoice was paid in full for production and shipment of your order. All order lead times are subject to the volume of orders at the time of purchase and may take more or less time as a result. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped through the Canada Post Mail Service. A tracking number will be issued once your order has been produced and fulfilled. Please be sure to check your email once received to confirm your order has been shipped. Should you not receive a tracking number, you can contact us via email at info@onyxink.ca to verify your tracking information. 

International

We currently offer international shipping to the US only. All items are shipped through Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided if the the shipping rate includes it (All US shipping options except Small Packet - USA Air). All orders to be shipped to the US are subject to border duties and taxes required and governed by US Borders and Customs Protection
